Spanish Rice Part 2




This is how much three batches of Spanish Rice makes WITHOUT the cheese.  It was a slight miscalculation on my part :) 


No worries. Adapt and Overcome :) Just scoop the rice into the pans and add the cheese there! :)


Bagged, Tagged, and cooling slightly.  I had these cool for about 20 minutes, but no longer.  Food safety is KEY.

  2. Thanks!!! Rice freezes beautifully in my opinion. However, I only have frozen rice in dishes, never by itself, so I am not sure how it would do if it was by itself :)

  3. I will have to try this one, thank you for your response. I would love to do more freezer stocking in the future but thankfully my freezer is too full of summer and fall bounty to add much right now. I am enjoying what I can glean from your blog.
